This is where students can submit applications for on-campus housing.
Before you start, please review the Login details below:
New Students
• If you are new to the portal please register first to create your login details. This will be your Housing Portal account login for the duration of your time in housing.
Please ensure this is the students personal email address, please do not use your parents email address or student@bond email as this may not be currently active.
Continuing Students
• If you registered a personal email address the first time using the Student Housing portal, this will remain your login for your time in housing.
• If you have registered via the site and have forgotten your details, please enter your email in the username field and click on the "Forgotten Password" link below. This will generate instructions via email on resetting your password. Alternatively contact the Student Housing team on +61 7 559 55000 for assistance.
Key Portal Application Opening Dates: January 2025 Semester (251)
New Students New Students Application for on-campus accommodation for January 2025. Applications for on-campus accommodation for January 2025 commencing students will open from Monday, 18th of November at 12noon Queensland time. As this is just the application process, all successful students will be contacted from the 2nd of December with a housing offer. Due to current rental property shortage on the Gold Coast, Bond University on campus student housing places are very limited and in high demand. Anticipated applications will far exceed available rooms on campus and it is recommended investigations into alternative (off campus) options is included in your planning.
Please note there will be no single ensuite rooms available for the January semester for new students
Off Campus Accommodation Our Accommodation Services Officers can provide advice for off-campus accommodation, please contact offcampushousing@bond.edu.au. By contacting our office you can also receive a weekly update. We cannot offer accommodation guarantees for on-campus or off campus housing due to the current limited availability and therefore we encourage students to also make enquiries of their own that suits their personal needs. Our team will support you through this process. We encourage students to monitor their email for all official communications from the University.
Continuing Students
Room Renewals and Room Move requests opens:

The portal will open at 12noon Monday 21st of October and close at 5pm Friday 25th of October 2024.
